Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
We'll notify you when you're approaching limits. API calls beyond the daily cap return a 429 status until the next day.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Free tier has no time limit. Start there, and upgrade when you need more capacity or team features.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet, but it's on our roadmap. Annual plans will include a discount when available.
Can I self-host ctxvault?
We offer self-hosted / VPC deployment options for Enterprise. Contact us and we'll help you set it up.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Flutterwave. For Enterprise plans, we can also arrange invoicing.
